At Inter Birth Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund process.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition. The book must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call +44 079 4983 3497. Provide your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
For returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or if they have been used, damaged, or are no longer in sellable condition.
